Situation Brief: Navigating Hurricane Milton

October 08, 2024

Hurricane Milton has rapidly intensified and is currently a Category 4 storm with maximum sustained winds of 175 mph (280 km/h). Major Hurricane Miton is expected to make landfall on Florida’s west coast late Wednesday or early Thursday, then cross the Peninsula on Thursday. This west-to-east track across the Gulf of Mexico is highly unusual. Significant to severe – and in some cases catastrophic – impacts to transportation and business operations are expected across central Florida due to Hurricane Milton.

Watch on demand to hear what we are tracking, and the potential disruptions supply chain leaders should prepare for.
